Our club website is currently featuring a series on riding in Southern AZ, called Riding SoAZ. so far it's at Part X and growing. If you live here or plan on visiting AZ, please check it out. there are ride maps at the end of several of the segments. Once it's complete, the whole series will be compiled somewhere for easy access. The early section about Tucson proper, are very scooter specific. Here's the link to part X: skyislandriders.com/?p=767Howard

I just published Part XV of the Riding SoAZ series. It covers the eastern part of Route 80 between Douglas and I-10. It covers two ghost towns, the village of Portal, Cave Creek Canyon and the unique, Sky Gypsy Cafe'. I hope you take time to surf by and check it out: skyislandriders.com/?p=874Howard

When I started writing my "Riding SoAZ" series, I started it for scooters then expanded it to include anyone just wanting to explore Southern AZ. Now the series is returning to its scooter roots. The remaining parts will be be, specifically about good scooter rides in and around the immediate Tucson area. Part XVI of the series was published today. skyislandriders.com/?p=928 Howard
