All you 150-9 owners I need your help. I can not find the CDI. Where did they hide it on these models??? Sorry Alleyoop I must be blind because I do not see it at the end of the coil wiring. I see where this question was asked before but I could not find the answers to the owner. Any of you owners of the 150-9, doing upgrades and performance parts??? Any problems, solutions and pictures??? Thanks Triker98304

Errr....what is a "150-9"? On my ITA-150-7 the CDI unit is behind the front plastic, close to the horn.

Well I called the Buggy World and was told the CDI was on the frame under the plastics. They were wrong. again as usual. Bluefront was on the mark. He said in the nose cone and sure enough it was on the right side of the trike behind the headlight tucked way back in a cubby hole I could barely get my hand into. But the CDI is in a nd working. Now to do the upgrades.
Anyone know the torque specs for the Vaeiator and clutch on the Icebear trike 150-9 gy6 150 cc engine??? Thanks Triker98304
