howdy from eastern washington. i see no-one has responded. there are lotsa dawgs there. i'll be scooting through there a couple times after the rain lets up. i was in salem last week and will go back there to visit my brother and his wife probably in april. am retired (partly) so can go as soon as anopening in the weather. i hate riding in the rain , unless it's warm enough to make coffee in---LOL i stopped at the yamaha dealer on 99E and enjoyed browsing around. i would have liked to buy one of the helmets that the chin bar comes up the let me and my glasses in and out. they ony had them in dark colors and it's hot here in the summer--lol--i need a white or silver to keep the heat down. can i message ya when i'm coming through and we can meet and chat over some coffee or lunch? anytime you want, i can meet ya in the dalles for one o them expensive burgers---lolL i usually stop at cousins there in the dalles. any others up for meeting there on a sunday afternoon? lotsa miles and smiles to ya ken

I finally got around to installing a 12v. People told me that I dont need to run an inline fuse but its safe to do so. well I went that route. I dont want to destroy my stuff, just a fuse. I wanted to run a on/off switch but had an extra battery tender lead so I decided to install that instead. Gotta love the floorboard as well, makes it easy to find a place to put the 12v. Thanks for the parts WickedPunch. Left side 12v right side battery. Its like an on/off switch. Im stoked
