When chaps go bad.... I doubt this would have happened if the guy were riding a scooter. But none-the-less, check your gear frequently. This looks nasty......

All I can say about that is "WOW", that guy must have and Angel riding on his shoulder! If the Dodge hadn't stopped in front of him he may have been run over several times! According to the article, he was able to ride again in about a month and his bike was repaired!
