Yep, and it's running pretty well. Rode to work today, didn't have a chance to open her all the way up and check top end, but acceleration seems a bit better and it pulls up low hills better, I think.

Rode in this morning. With the only changes being the new fuel valve (got type that attaches to bottom of tank), the new CDI and new ingnition coil/wire, it definitiely feels a little hotter, a little better acceleration. On a stretch that is slightly downhill, I used to be able to top out at 55mph indicated, today it was 59. Woot!

Faster shipper on eBay. Purchased on Wednesday evening, arrived Friday morning. Seriously, did you ship to me before I ordered?

Here's his secret to fast shipping (he told me). He uses USPS shipping boxes. His place is in sight of the post office, which is located on the edge of the local airport. There is no delay involved in his shipping (if everything goes right, which is usually). As good as it gets.....

I ordered a tire and gasket set from scrappydogscooters.com. After I paid, they sent me an email saying it would be 4-6 weeks until the parts are in stock. I sent them 5 emails asking for a refund, because I need the tire to get to work. They have not sent a reply. If you need your scooter parts within a month of paying for them, DO NOT order from scrappydogscooters.com. Their customer service sucks as well.

we've had issues with customers having their spam setting put too high, and end up finding our reply emails in their Junk or Bulk folders instead of their Inbox. We've also noticed that they are sending emails to incorrect address's. We actually found out someone was writing the wrong company thinking it was us! Things like tires, and some other parts, have been difficult to keep in stock. We've considered raising the cost on our tires because they are priced so inexpensively, that they sell out almost as soon as we get them in. We've had that issue with our genuine DynaVolt batteries also. Batteries and tires have a special import certificate, and customs duty, which make our profit margin on these so low, but most irritating, it makes getting them here in the US so very slow. Say thanks to Dept of Homeland Security for that one. We want our customers to get what they need fast just as much as they do, but things do happen that are beyond our control, or even knowledge. Anyway, this has been a very busy year, as every year we've been in business has gotten more and more busier. We're doing our best to keep up, but volume does climb when you offer a very good product at a cheap price. We've not increased the cost of parts to our customers in over 3 years now! This despite rising factory costs, lower exchange rate with China, greater shipping and customs rates, and higher taxes and operating costs here in the US. Our volume of sales is incredible, and I'm actually surprised that we get as few complaints as there really are. We strive to have none, but is that really feasible? We've been a home page link supporter of ScootDawg and others for years now. While it does help our customers find this forum for positive, it also has negative effects for us as hasty and angry customers click right to it to bash us without being quite fair in the big picture. We've decided to keep the link up, and support this good forum for the overall good that it produces. Out of the thousands of users of our site that click from our website to this forum, we've had maybe a dozen or so serious complainer..total. It's well know that those with a complaint are much more likely to be more adamant and vocal that someone that is happy, and gets what they want. Even then, there are many vocally happy ScrappyDog customers, here, and on many other forums, and elsewhere. So for clarification, the correct contact details for ScrappyDogScooters.com, is service@scrappydogscooters.com, or for tech support, tech@scrappydogscooters.com, or for dealer support and ordering, order@scrappydogscooters.com check your spam setting, and know, we answer EVERY email in less that 24 hrs. We also actually answer our phone, at 702-689-6035. Keep in mind that phone traffic is very heavy for us, and we only have 3 people answering the phones, so be patient, and keep it short. Thanks much for everyones support, and we look forward to many more years providing parts and tech for all Chinese vehicles. Rick
