Congrats. Got my Sym 250 in June. Love it maybe 500 miles on it but have had no problems. Big enough to feel comfortable on a major street but still small enogh to ride around town all day at 20mph. You will love it. I have had many other rides and I think this is a perfect scoot if you are not into long distance cruising.

gda882002, Your best bet is to look at the specs for each scoot. The SYM might be a bit smaller. Congratulation! I've been looking at that scoot for some time but it is a little bit more than I can afford. I think you'll enjoy it! BTW. Be glad you're in Ohio. It was -8F this morning and it's 15F for today's high. Uh... I forgot. Can you post some pictures when you get it? Thanks,

It's my dream scooter, although I won't be able to afford it for some time. I spoke to Jim about it and here's what he said: "The SYM RV250 is the bomb… it’s the top end of everything as far as I can tell. I even prefer it over the Morphous and the Reflex as well as the Xciting 250… and I’ve been on all of those models. It seems more feature laden than the others for about the same money… and it’s got more power than either the Reflex or Xciting." Jon

As a sym owner I can assure you it dont get any better than this. Ride, handling, quality is superb. If you are into long distance cruising than a Burgman might be your thing. Otherwise for any other use the Sym IS THE BOMB. Lots of bells and whistles, great brakes, outstanding lighting. Much safer and far more comfortable than any 50cc, yet you can use it the same as you would a 50. Fantastic scoot!

OOoo.. Now thats pretty. What color is it? I assume it's watercooled being its a 250. I'd have to have it in black on black. With dark tinted shield n all. After breakin, I'd install a throttle lock hit the highway get her up to 65ish, lock er down and cruise till the tires fell off.
