Hmm. That wasn't overly helpful, turbo!
Leo - if you have a regular 35mm film camera (or even one of those disposables), there are a number of places that will put the photos on a CD for you whn you get them developed.

leo, It depends on how much you're willing to spent on a camera (don't get it in Wal-Mart). Maybe this is a good time to get one and start taking pictures. Look at this web site: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/category/989/Digital_Photography.htmlI have SLR Olympus E-500 with two lenses. It's awesome but bit bulky to carry around. There are plenty of smaller cameras that make very good pictures - Panasonic/Lumix TZ3.

leo, is your question meant for shooting while riding? or just taking along a camera for shots while on a ride - as in stopping and then shooting?
i bought my Nikon D40 slr at wally world. it was a pretty good deal - better than i could find elsewhere in this area.
however, no way in hell would i take it along as a bike camera. way to many opportunities for it to get destroyed being dropped or bounced around. i use a relatively inexpensive kodak digital for bike rides. and i stop and shoot, not shoot while moving.

Well, what you need to do is get a digital camera, some folks have digital cameras built into their cell phones too. Take your photos, upload the picture files onto your computer. Pick and choose the ones you want to post, then resize them to 800x600 pixel size and save them and give them different names from the original pics. Then you use a photo hosting service like www.photobucket.com to upload your photos to. You can then copy the image URL link you'll see on photobucket into your message threads on the forum. Several other photo hosting services can be used too, as well as some internet service providers give you free online storage space as well. if you have a film camera, you need to get the film developed and also have the images scanned into digital files for use on a computer. Places like Wal-Mart can do that for you when you get the film developed.

leo, is your question meant for shooting while riding? or just taking along a camera for shots while on a ride - as in stopping and then shooting? neither. i was going to post pictures of my scoot and to the damage and/ or repairs i've made to it. for example, i would take a picture of my dash and then post it and ask what all the gizmos are for. i'm also thinking of ducting my radiator. i would then post pictures of what i did.

Option1: Use a 35mm disposable and ask for a picture CD when you get them developed Option2: Buy cheap digi-cam (wanna buy mine?) Option3: Find a friend with a digi-cam
All very viable. For quick pic to upload, if you've got the spare cash, buy yourself a digi-cam...Best buy has some really small, but seemingly good quality cameras for $120-200

Add your location to your profile. You never know there might be someone here who is few blocks away lend a hand (or a camera).
