It is only too cold when you can't get the sucker to start anymore. A scooter isn't that far removed from snowmobiles. Albeit snow and ice can make it more tricky if you have wheels instead of skids and tracks.
But that was a nice Xmas trip anyway.

I didn't ride yesterday but did go out when the temp was 26f. The scoot fired off instantly, settled down and idled normally.

today we had a few hours of 45 maybe 50 degrees went for a 2 hour ride then the rain and cold came back I miss spring. we dont get much snow here but it does stay waterlogged all winter.

I got a really nice riding suit that blocks out the windchill, so for me, it's never too cold to scoot Best money I ever spent! I'm too poor to pay $100 gas every week in a car. You rich folks can have all that noise.

It's been dropping into the low thirties or high twenties the last few mornings for my homebound commute here. And raining too during the evening commute in to work. Bought some rain gear on sale at Cycle Gear a couple months ago and finally got to use it this last week. Worked out very well - been warm and dry on the scoot.
