It's funny. They came with a relay, which blew the moment i turned the scooter on after installing them. The guy sent me a new one. Which blew also. So i put the stock relay back in and all it did was give me a "long flash" where the LED's would stay on, instead of blink. I fixed it by hooking up 2 of the original bulbs, wired one to each side. the bulbs are hidden away, but its the only way i could get the LED's to blink.

I've changed a few things since then. I got tired of the bumpy roads around here hurting my butt because of the lack of spongey foam they used in the seats. I had a GT5 seat laying around, So I recut the foam and shaped it so that it fit on the original plastic seat frame. Let me tell you, that GT5 foam makes a WORLD of difference! It's like I'm riding on memory foam I just got done making a air scoop as well. Oh, and to Zion89. I didn't paint any of the carbon fiber parts, only the red parts. I happened to come across a deal of scooter parts near me of a shop going out of business and they guy needed to get rid of everything. So I managed to jump on it and got half a garage full of parts. He even gave me 2 full scooters (no titles though) So I stripped them down and scrapped the frames. Thats how I got the carbon fiber panels. One of the scooters had some carbon fiber on it, and in some of the parts boxes I found some more. If I knew how to paint things to look like carbon fiber, this scooter would not be red

that second one that he did looked great! I don't own an airbrush though. Wonder if this would work with spraypaint?

So I noticed in the first picture of my last picture post (with the GT5 seat) that it was missing something. I couldn't quite put my finger on it until yesterday. I noticed that my front fender is carbon fiber, but the rear fender is still just black! I'm aiming to change that. I went and picked up a sheet of non-slip rug padding and I'm going to see if I can paint something to look like carbon fiber. If it turns out good on the test, I'll go for a real thing and I'll put more pics.

Somewhere Phaze had a tutorial on how to do this. I think he used fiber drywall tape. I'll se if i can find it. Your idea should work too.
