The throttle on my scoot is so hard to turn, that I actually broke the plastic trying to turn it. I have lubed the crap out of this thing. When I disconnect the cable from the carb and from the handle, it moves super easy. As soon as I put it back on the carb it is unbelievably tight. Does that make sense? The thing that rocks when the throttle is turned is perfect, I mean this is a new carb. So what could be causing the difference?
