Guys, in all fairness, everyone here knows that chinese scoots are'nt exactly known for reliability or good dealer support, lol... those who have bought reliable china-scoots are the exceptions, not the rule. A chinese scoot is a dice roll, and if your not a mechanic then your screwed (unless, of course, you have actually managed to find a honest, reliable b&m dealer--- and have cash to spend). True, but Chinese scoots tend to make mechanics of us all.

I bet that Honda of yours you rave so much about would have failed within 1000 miles too if you didn't change the oil frequently, adjust the valves, and properly tune the air/fuel mixture. Then again, Honda did most of that for you so you never even thought about it. Many of us here own Chinese scooters and are quite happy with their performance and reliability when properly cared for. Your experience is anecdotal, biased based on a small number of cases you have seen or heard about. You are wasting your time on this forum, you aren't convincing anyone of anything. No, there are not only few cases. My honda is a two stroke scooter, and i am running it with full power, but i care about it. The material of it is top quality. No, i am not wasting my time here, the question of this post is "are Chinese scooters as bad as people say?" so why wasting my time? i am talking about that and i am not the only one who say "Yes, chinese scooters are not good". Everyone has the right to write here and i am not insulting noone. Only because you have a chinese scooter, it didnt mean that my comments are insulting you. China makes bad copyes of everything. One of that scooters is identical with Aprilia, one of the best brands. You canot compare china quality with anything. But ok....if you have a china scooter be glad of that, i hope you will have many many fun

I had a "little" road trip last week. A "little" 300 km round trip to a town called Trois-Rivieres. When it was time to come back, i got on the bike, Twisted it to WOT and stopped when i was home. No over heating, no sputtering, no NOTHING as far as problems are concerned. |Thats 150km non-stop The bike has 2,200 km on it and i maintain it myself. ljubomir: This forum is about HELPING, not bad mouthing, so now i will politly suggest that you shut the f*&$ up if you never owned one.
