When I took the MSF class we were not permitted to bring our own rides, we used their bikes 125's and 250's by Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha. I'm 6'2 and they stuck me on a Suzuki 125 the brake pedal was so close to the engine I couldn't get my foot on it. The instructors were very good and very understanding so as long as I attempted to use the foot (rear) brake they were happy. Granted the top speed that we reached was maybe 15MPH. They said if you can control and maneuver your bike at slow speed you'll have no problems a higher speeds. Good Luck and Ride Safe but most of all Keep your Head Up! and Have Fun.

Tonight is the classroom, tomorrow the riding begins! They're going to let me ride my scoot! Pretty excited. I figgure that if I can learn just 1 thing that keeps me out of the ER, it will be worth every penny. They'll teach you to ride in your own island. This is a great strategy. --Bill
