I got this info from Scooter West, that major scooter store down there in SD. When you sign up on this site, it's like a google group and you'll get updates and emails to RSVP for rides and rallies.

I'm back in the Los Angeles area for the summer, but when school starts again I'll try joining up with those guys. Good luck!
