I emailed a dealer in Florida that sell Daelim S-Fives because on their website it says that they sell them already derestricted. Being that I have a 2006 S-Five that has'nt been derestricted, I wanted to know exactly what they did to derestrict them. I had already checked for a washer in the variator and that was'nt it. Anyway this morning they sent me an email back saying--------
"There is a pipe for the exhaust that has to be changed, and you can use a larger jet. "
My question is, does anyone know what "pipe" they're talking about. If it would help to take a pic of my exhaust, I'll try to figure out how to do that.

Here's a pic... The only pipe I see is the head pipe that goes between the cylinder and the muffler. I did a quick search and it sounds like that is what other S5 owners are replacing. If you aren't sure you could just ask the dealer to clarify it for you. It sounds like they will be able to tell you for sure.
