You could try taking the old jets to a local motorcycle shop and asking them. I know a lot of trailbike and 50cc dirtbike sites carry jet kits for 20+mm Mikuni carbs, but I dunno if they'll be what you're looking for. Here's a site with a bit of a selection : www.psep.biz/store/mikuni_carburetor_part.htm . Look at the bottom of the page and they link to pics of each jet they sell.

I finally took my carb off and measured it. It is a 18mm Mikuni, and from what ive read so far the jets from Dellorto carbs are the same. Im not sure how common these 18mm Mikunis are on 49cc scoots, but i figure its big enough for a 70cc kit.

Dellorto carbs use a couple of different main jets. 5mm and 6mm are common. HERE is a page with lots of Dellorto 5-6mm jets. 18mm should be big enough for a 70cc unless you're going with pretty high revving stuff.

I would take out the jet and take it by an independent motorcycle/atv repair shop and see if they have anything like you need. An independent will have more variety and is more likely to work with you and if he has any used jets that are suitable he will probably let you have them for little of nothing.
The local guy here let me look through his old ones but I could not find any that fit my 17.5 PHVA Dellorto.

Also, I have used sewing needles to aid me in measuring jets and have even drilled jets with sewing needles.
Find a needle that will fit up into the jet to a point and then measure the diameter of the needle at that point (you need calipers of course).
To drill a jet with a sewing needle you have to be lucky enough to to find one the diameter you want the hole in the jet to be. Cut the needle off square with a sharp pair of diagonal wire cutters. Gently sand the resulting burrs away that might protrude slightly more than the diameter of the needle on each side of the cut but leave the full width of the needle. This will leave a sharp flat edge that will slowly bore through a brass jet when the needle is clamped in some vise grips and the jet is spun with your other hand. It's kind of slow but it will work.
I've still got a bunch of cut off needles stuck in the foam material of my caliper case from when I used to drill them for my old four stroke scooter.

I did some research and found that the Yamaha YFM Raptor, and the Honda CRF50 carry 18mm Mikuni carbs also. Now i can actually go into the dealership and get jets because im not asking for parts for a Taiwan, or Chinese scoot. I have used sewing needles for cleaning my carb and jets, but never thought of drilling with them. Thanks for the tip! Great idea +1 for that man!
