What do you think about MotoForce Cranks? For the money they are price cheap. They show one with plastic. I guess its like a full circle crank. What does a full circle crank help?

I have no personal experience with MotoForce, but I did find this quote, "The Motoforce racing crankshaft is produced by the same manufacturer that makes the RMS, Hebo Sport and the newest Top Performance crankshafts; the only difference being the colour of the plastic padding and, of course, the price."
What you are looking at is often called a "stuffer" crankshaft. They use plugs to fill voids in the crankshaft to reduce crankcase volume. The piston should still draw in the same amount of fuel/air, but it will now be more compressed within the crankcase. That's why you will sometimes see these cranks advertised as HPC (High Primary Compression) crankshafts. Higher compression within the crankcase forces the fuel/air mixture up through the transfer ports at a greater velocity.
