Cant seem to find the right parts for my 1PE41QMB but from all references the cylinders look exactly the same. The problem I have is my cylinder is 43mm and seems as though the D1E cylinder is only 41mm. if anyone knows anything about these motors I could use some help badly. Thanks

The fact that the D1E41QMB uses a different bore makes me think they aren't easily interchangeable. I don't know anything about those engines in particular, but they are usually built to 49cc. If they are both 49cc and use different bores they would also be using crankshafts with different strokes. The D1E41QMB has a 37.4mm stroke to make 49cc. I don't see any specs, but a 43mm bore would need roughly 3mm less stroke to make 49cc. Even if you decided to lose a couple of cc and bolt on a 41mm cylinder kit from a D1E, you may be changing compression and port timing.
I wish I could help more, but my best suggestion for now is to do more research before spending your money on a D1E kit. Maybe you could contact partsforscooters.com or scootusa.com who both sell parts for D1E41QMB, H1E41QMB, and 1E41QMB engines to see if they can offer you any information. I tried some google searches, but nothing really comes up about the 1PE41QMB, as I'm sure you already know.
