I"m a BIG guy, I wear 6x shirts and my head is larger than a "normal" person's, would need a 4 or 5x helmet. Anyone know where to find gear to fit me?
Wanting a mesh jacket with a zip-liner for cold/wet weather, full face helmet, can't find online stores with selections that go that high, heeh.

Arai makes the widest selection of helmets in terms of size. They are 'pricey' to say the least. I ended up having to get one. They have different 'head shapes' as well as size. I couldn't get into a XXL Shoei...but I could fit into an XL Arai.
I would not suggest to anyone to buy their helmet online unless they were really sure of the manufacturers sizing especially if your head shape is a bit different.

3D scanners need to be more widely available so we can scan ourselves or items and send exact representations to online shops so that computers can pick out something that will fit perfectly.
Of course, we run the chance of scale going off by a decimal and getting gear for giants or Tinker Bell, hehe.

You have to be careful about those extra large sizes. I wear a XL size coat but I have a MC jacket that fits me great that is sized as a 5XL. I also have a MC jacket that fits a little loose and it's sized as a 3XL. If you buy online, be sure to use the manufacturers sizing charts and be prepared to return stuff. Different manufacturers make them differently.

I used to work for a western store and everything, hat, boots, clothes, came in superman sizes. You only had to ask and we would order it. A lot of manufacturers make those sizes but the stores don't order them with their shipments. Expect to pay a little more. I would start by calling the Motorcycle Superstore customer service(877-668-6872)
