i went in to the carburetor yesterday and i think i fixed the gas problem, but now its over flooding and when i electric start it some blowing noise comes from the muffler with black smoke,I'm gonna take another look at it tomorrow and see, when i spin the little thing (side of the muffler) i hear compression but it sounds like it grinding too,idk how to take that thing out.its right in front of the muffler

It puffs out black smoke while you try to start it? I've seen rich engines puff black smoke while running but, in my experience, a rich/flooded engine will smell like gas and have raw gas on the spark plug if you remove it. Never seen one chug smoke before it starts.
The little thing in front of the muffler that you are turning would be your cooling fan I'm guessing. If the fan itself or the flywheel/stator behind it isn't grinding, taking that off won't do a lot for you. If the grinding you hear appears to come from inside the cylinder, you would need to check the cylinder/piston/rings.
