well hello fellow dogs,OK so this happened awhile back i have a hyosung Sense 49cc (cut the Governor) and i was riding along one day and then i hear this boom noise i think hell its gotta be the tire nope...the little fan thing that rotates (cover) blew straight off and the the little plastic piece that held it on was hanging on the muffler and for some odd reason it melted it to water???it was hotter then ever,but anyway i kick start it and it cuts on ride a mile or so and it just cuts off and i had to push it home..my grandpa is a master mechanic so he gonna see if we can fix it but the bad news is its been sitten in the rain this last 2 months:( i hope everything not messed up,is this really bad for it??umm any advice to help me get my baby back to running would be great...BONEZ!!

My 1st Triton was having a similar problem, I would go just about a mile and it would cut off like you hit the kill switch. I never ended up solving the problem though. After damaging a 70cc cylinder I ended up decideing to build the stroker motor. Hopefully we can get yours straight.
You say it just cuts off... so I assume it doesn't stutter, bog, stumble, etc....? It just cuts off like you flipped a switch?

well i havnt had it started for a long time so yea its spudded when it cutt off and then i started it again rode a mile and it cutt of again so spudder,im gettin a spark and i think gas but im lost

Is the spark intermittent? I just had my scoot die tonight. It sputtered and died, then I fired it back up. I drove 1-2 miles and then it cut out like a switch. I replaced the magneto and it would give an inconsistent spark (hit or miss). I replaced the CDI and it was back to normal.
