I was planning on getting some nice pics of Mt Ranier,Baker and the Olympic Range from Anti-Aircraft Peak today...but plans don't always work out as one hopes.(edited..always was in the wrong place) Anti-Aircraft Peak is somewhere up there Things seemed a bit cooler then I expected I arrived And Parked Should have had a nice view of the Olympics from here Moved to the other side here Unfortunately, the snow was getting really heavy...so a view of Mt Baker was definitely not going to happen. On the way home I did stop and take a quick picture of Lake Sammammish. And for those who might think who would be crazy enough to go for a scoo ter ride in a snowstorm.. A picture of my backyard when I got home...doesn't look like winter from the back porch. I'd just add...those cheap chinese tires actually did fairly well in snow and slush...not that I was going try to go more then 5 MPH in it or anything.

Nice pics, dummy. Sometimes the trip turns out different than the plan. Oh well, that's life. Keep on scootin and posting.

What a diehard. Beautiful shots. I get nervous about riding on a wet road never mind the snow. My wife visited Washington state once and said it was beautiful. Maybe we will get out there together sometime.

The road only got slushy/snow covered in the last couple of hundred yards. Those MSF course 'how slow can you go' exercises came in handy.
