I have a qingqi qm50qt-b 1PE41QMB I think thats it, it's vertical. It was recently given to me buy my grandfather who past away. I believe its around an 02 model. I was just curious are there any mods or anything I can do to get more speed/power out of it and if so where to find the parts? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't really know anything about that engine, but I can't say I've seen any performance parts for it. I think others ahave said that's a chain drive transmission, so even the normal CVT mods would be out if that's the case. Karl is our resident Geely expert, but I haven't seen him around for a while.
You could probably do an aftermarket air filter and rejet the carburetor. That's not know to make huge differences in stock 2 strokes, but at least air filters are pretty universal. Just make sure you get the right diameter. You'd probably have to pull the float bowl from the carb to figure out what type of jets you need.
If you have welding and fabrication ability you may be able to modify a tuned pipe for a minarelli or something. The expansion chamber etc... should be ok, but you'd need to change the head pipe and flange to bolt up to your head as well as make a new mounting bracket. Could be done, but it would take some time. If you do that you would want to make note of the length of pipe you cut out and try to rebuild it to a similar length. The dimensions of 2 stroke expansion chamber pipes are important. The bad thing about a pipe for you would be that it loses some low end power. On most belt driven CVT scoots you would just put in some stiffer clutch springs and maybe some lighter rollers to compensate. I'm not sure what cvt mods are out there, if any, for your scoot.
