Some of you seem to know an awful lot so here's my question I am running a NGK 5722 BR9ES plug in my 05 Piaggio Typhoon 70cc, is there a much better plug I can get and if so what do I look for , whats the results of a better plug than what I quoted? Anyway thanks so much.

NGK BR9EIX is the iridium counterpart of the BR9ES. I switched to an iridium plug a while back and have no plans of swapping back to standard plugs. It eliminated all winter starting issues I had. That's gotta say something for iridium plugs.

Hey thanks so very much,I am not sure I can get the plug where I bought the one I am useing, I got it at Autozone, I will check, if they do not have it maybe they can tell me where to go, if all fails I can get online I am sure, but again thanks , seems I learn something new everyday, I have been to other scooter sights most don't offer much info , not more than I already know ,but it seems here I feel like a Kid learning from the giant Dawgs haha.

I just order mine online, but I order multiple plugs so I'm not paying big shipping fees on one plug. Of course it's always good to keep at least one spare around as well. You can usually get pretty good prices on eBay, Summit Racing carries some, sparkplugs.com, and many others. I haven't had any luck with local shops and iridium plugs.
