Just bought a 2 stroke Motorino Love it only had for 2 months. Starts right up, but as soon as you go down the road it loses speed you stop and then it picks up. This just started to happen also found that my battery leaked could this be the reason.
Thanks

Your battery should be replaced, but be careful with it if it leaks. It however, should not cause the issues you describe. The engine should provide it's own power once running, mainly needing the battery for electric starting.
You come to a complete stop and then it will start going again? What is the engine doing? Is it bogging and sounding like it is lacking power and RPM or is it revving high or free revving when you stop? Any additional information would be great.
EDIT : I see this is your 1st post here, so Welcome to ScootDawg!

Well some 2 stroke scooters especially if they have been modified some need to warm up to operateing temp before running strong, When I first added just a performance pipe to my scoot and upjetted, when I would start it up and just take off it would sputter just a little till 30 mph, but after that initial warm up it wouldn't repeat unless the engine was cold again, I am just mentioning this because what you discribed could be many problems ,I assume if it's new It has to a minor setting, but no the battery wouldn't be what you discribed, also I read an article about dead spots in a scooter, in that case a performance variator could help fix that, but I am assuming your scooter is stock. But without a little more info it could be all the above and then some.
