I ordered from Bob's cyclery based on the picture on their site that showed Golden 2T, and they sent me regular 2T which is not synthetic. Now comes the fun on who pays the return shipping. CC chargeback on the way I think.
So does anyone have a good place to order Spectro GOLDEN 2T Synthetic Blend? I am close to running out.
Thanks

Is Golden Spectro good these days? I remember a report on it back in the 70's, 80's, or 90's, about motor oils for bikes and Golden Spectro rated horribly. I would imagine that they've changed their formulation since then. Correction: I found the article and it was for 4-stroke Golden Spectro oil........... www.xs11.com/stories/mcnoil94.htmKarl

ive ran golden spectro oil in my quads for a solid 18 years. no oil related problems but i always mixed it a little rich. 32:1 and an extra slpash for security(it's good luck ) ive recently switched over to maxima super m oil, this is good stuff, the only thing better in my oipnion is amsoil.

Derrick, When you add more oil you actually make the mixture LEANER. Remember it is fuel to air when one is referring to "mixture".
JMO, But I Would not use Amsoil in my lawnmower, much less a bike or Scooter.

I agree.
Bel-Ray, Golden Spectro and Yamalube would be my top three 2-stroke oil, brand picks.
