It was a short trip from Wareham,Ma. to Plymouth, but we made it in a great big circle. It doesn't take much to have a lot of fun when you ride with family. My brother has a 300 and I a 250, two good size scoots with comfort and enough power to have a little extra fun. In the middle of the trip we stopped for lunch at the BBC (British Beer Company), the food was good and the beer was cold. We left there and took a back road that runs from the canal to East Wareham, its a windy road with lots of trees. I don't know about anyone else but I love riding those types of roads. Anyway we got home safe, had lots of fun and a great lunch. I strongly suggest if you have family you can ride with do it, make it a tradition and just have fun.
Be safe and have fun

That's Bournedale Road. I know it well. I love windy backroads. The Myles Standish State forest has some great hilly/twisty roads, but the surface is bad in some areas so watch out.
Is there any way to find other members of this board in our area, or any area for that matter?

Hey everybody,I'm the other brother, and ya it was a good run. It cooled off nice close to the water, compared to that 80 something humid weather inland right? Thumper 650,we should all get together for a scoot someday.

Hey fellow southeastern MA dawgs: My scoot is a lance GSR 150, my bigger bike is a street legal KLX 650 dirtbike. If you wanna do some scootin this week, thursday or Friday works for me, after work of course. I get out about 3:00. I can meet you wherever. If you wanna do some faster roads let me know, I'll take the bigger bike. Anything over 45 makes my lance work harder, and it needs a valve adjustment so I don't wanna push it right now. If you guys can't make it this week let's plan next week. I'm kinda busy on the weekends but if that's all the time you guys have I'll make time.

Let me know when you get the valve taken care of. Right now I've been getting Thurs. and Sunday's off, but that can change from week to week.

Got my valves all adjusted. Good thing I did, they were very tight. It went well though so I'm all set.

Hello Fellow Yankees. I was born in Plymouth, raised in Marshfield and know all of the areas you are talking about well. I wish I was up there to ride with you. There must be some beautiful sites with the leaves changing. We don't get too much of that down here in my current neck of the woods. I may have to take a trip out to the mountains which are five miles away to see the seasons change.
Have fun and enjoy a lobster or clam roll for me on your next ride.

Well I went to Buzzards Bay Monday for a short ride. Wasn't one of my best ideas, the wind gust almost blew me off the seat.

Hey! Where's your plate? Nice scoot, I'll keep an eye out for 'ya. My scoot is at my winter home but i'll be back down there after the winter. Also I drive a truck, Wareham is one of my stops so if a big truck honks at you, it might be me! Ride safe

This morning Halloween , without a doudt the coldest ride to work thus far. I had to stop 3 times during my 33 mile trip to get the feeling back in my fingers. It was worth it though, the ride home was warm and sunny.
