For my 400th post I decided to post up my latest project. The premise behind this build was to have a stock looking 4 stroke scooter that would accelerate like a 2 stroke but still have torque for the hills. Specs: 2008 Roketa MC-08B Maui 139QMB 72cc Big Bore kit (Stock head and cam) 8.5g rollers (Good acceleration without a but load of RPM on the bottom end) 88 Main jet 38 Pilot jet Uni Intake Malossi kevlar belt Front fender delete Custom open primary ( Kick starters are over rated ) Custom trunk with l.e.d brake light Ebay windshield Audiovox alarm Yellow l.e.d Lighting Tiny tach Custom grips 150cc exhaust w/custom flange 48mph GPS verified

How did you do the LED's in the fan cover?? The 88 main and 38 Pilot jets doe a good jod with the UNI filter. I'm trying to figure out what jets I need for my scoot with a UNI filter.
Does your scoot have a gas cap in the back and if so where did you find the box? Mine came with no rack or box and I don't want one to cover up my fuel cap.

Does your scoot have a gas cap in the back and if so where did you find the box? Mine came with no rack or box and I don't want one to cover up my fuel cap. It was a simple matter of taking off the fan cover and placing a couple of leds inside making sure they didnt touch the fan or flywheel. #88 main is all you need for a UNI filter #38 pilot jet is needed for a big bore kit. Yep that bracket is hard to find it fits perfect and there is no issue getting to the gas cap, I have decided to sell the trunk and bracket for $90 + shipping

Cool thanks, I ordered them 5.5 gram roller weights from you this morning. It'll be the order for Jerry Johnson had to use my bosses paypal. I'll probably order the main jet next week cuz I ordered a UNI filter from e-bay, hell $14.95 and free shipping couldn't pass it up.

Nice looking scoot. Are you scooting on a golf course? It looks like a green in the background.

If you look hard in one of the pics you will see security watching me take pictures. I asked him if he would take one of me and the scooter but he declined.

Well she has been replaced with my new project. I will have another small scooter but next time it will be 2 stroke. Coming soon: White wall tires Custom paint Electric fuel pump Windshield Wicker rear box Stainless exhaust My wife claimed it and named it apple blossom. Think Anime style leaves and trees on a cream white base coat.
