If possible I'd get one for your style of scoot. If you can't find it post year, make, and model of scoot here and maybe someone can help. If you posted that info before I've missed it.

Just looking over that link, they make no shortage of claims that that bike is 80cc. Did you ever try contacting them about finding out it's a 49cc kevinx? If not, raise some hell so to speak. A few years ago I was sold a 110cc bike that turned out to be a 70cc. I got some money credited back to my card with just a few emails. Worth a try if you haven't done it already.

I have a new tank for a Meitian 50cc model 20 2 stroke which seems to be the same general line as your bike. My email is jake_iv@juno.com - contact me and I will take a couple of photos for you. Y should be able to reuse your current tank float and vacumn valve. If you can't reuse your float and valve I can probably strip them from another bike I keep around for parts.

I then said something along the lines of, unless it was just a mistake and maybe you'd like to give me a partial refund? They gave me a partial refund.

My experience with BBB is that they get their operating $ from the member dealers and encourage good business practices but do little or nothing for you when you have a specific problem. You can file in small claims court after trying communication and have time better spent.

I think the plaintiff is responsible for traveling to the defendant's state in a case like that... I think.
