I haven't looked over all these " tips" posts but I would like to relate something that really helped this old guy out. When I used to work on my qmb139 Tuohe I used to use a heavy banquet table with folding legs on each end to put the scooter on for an easy and convenient working height. I would collapse the the legs on one end so that the table had one end on the floor and one end in the air. I jammed the legs that were folded out against something solid and ran my scooter up the resulting ramp. It was then not difficult to rock the scooter back onto its center stand. I then bound both brake levers with bungie cords and lifted the low end allowing the legs to drop down as I lifted (the scooter was pretty light). I then locked the legs and went about working on my scooter.

Hey rallyrr, thats a great idea!! I've been searching thru my shop *parts* to see what I can make for that task. I was gonna use my knock off cheapo Little Giant ladder, since it has all the crazy folds an all. Thanks for sharing.

Just be careful lifting the table.
There is a Home Shopping Network (or similar channel) video of I think the Little Giant ladder where a guy falls off it on live tv. Very funny!
