I bought a sunl 1500cc scooter from atvdicounters it ran great until at a stop light i accelerated and the scooter stalled out. started fine put wouldn;t tske the gas from then on. i was told to check air fuel mixture screw (COPPER in color). i don't know were it is. the only screw i see seems to adjust the idle speed. can anyone help thanks.

Wish I could help but all I know to say is check your spark plug wire. Probably not your problem but it's an easy thing to check to make sure it's connected good.

There could be a vacuum line that came free, or a fuel line with a kink or split... a mixture problem should not keep the bike from running unless it REALLY off, and that would not happen in a nano second. Mixture problem will cause plug fouling and lean running problems, but generally will not keep the thing from going, just makes it run less than well! Check all your lines for splits, leaks, poor or lost connections, also the fuel filter is suspect for fouling in a new bike, it can be bypassed if it can not be cleaned up readily UNTIL you get a replacement, they are CHEAP and needed! The spark plug wire can also be the trouble as scootingranny mentions, check for good connection on the plug cap, often these are not properly attached and just pop off on a whim...
