this is common on several Linhai yamaha aeolus 260's.the lock is not adjustable,so remove the hinges and bend them with vise grips or what have you so as to bring the door upwards a little bit at a time.then remount the hinges and try it. it took me the mechanic two trys and while I was at my dealer,we did the other two as well.I took it up to the legal speed and it stays closed and locked now.I just bought this yesterday afternoon and everything on this model seem to have a lock,battery,gasoline,seat and glovebox.
