Hi all,
I am Jim with Rapid Repair in Milltown , Wi. We started selling Roketa Mopeds, Scooters and ATV's on April first this year. I have to admit sales have been great with no major problems with the bikes until today. In reading your threads we may have found a solution. Thanks for a great place to come and look for information. We will be in as much as possible and see how much help we can be.

Thank you Jim. I will need all the help I can get from people like you. I am 64 and have never ridden on a scooter. I purchased a MC 54-150. I hope that I can handle it.

Great to have you! As a dealer you can offer a great deal to all of us. I use to work at a bicycle shop (9 years as a mechanic) and one thing I learned about selling low end is pay to thourougly test ride and fix all the bugs you can before putting the for sale sing on the bike. Then, when people do retun with problems, take note and decide if it is something that could have been prevented such as dry wheel bearings. In the end you may find that you need to do a little more prep work on your products but the benefit is you will have customers that have good experienced with the scooters and they will give you word of mouth advertising as well as ride more frequently resulting in service work and accsory sales.
Selling scooters is a great business to be in right now! Take care!
