When they finally got to my issue, the found it to be a wiring issue. When they did the trace down the wiring, the issue was discovered and resolved.
I took the scoot to Cedar Hill (Dallas). They comped the labor AND delivered the scoot back to me.
That is a 3+ hour, one-way drive.
They stood behind their product.
I have to send them some serious Karma.
Now, I'm off to replace hoses and fluids and begin to enjoy the scoot.
I took it around the block and I am very pleased at this corrected beginning point.
I doubt many others would have been willing to do what EVO did.
Moises did exactly what he said he would do...he had a timing issue due to vacation; but once the staff got home, things got done.
I'm an EVO fan.

So I am in good hands then? I just ordered and paid for a 2008 viper 260 on sat 12 and it's now Mon 14 and I have not heard anything from them email or other wise. When I go to there web site and log in it just just says processing order. Did it take this long for you? And no one ever answers the phone. Should I be concerned? Thank you.

Apparently the only way to get a response is to appear at their shop. I find that they are extremely helpful when you can actually talk to them, but getting to that point is hard.

While I did go to the shop, if was only after talking to Moises on the phone.
From what I can tell, the Dallas store front is two guys with computers, and a relationship with a small bike shop for repairs.
It took about 6 days for me to get the initial email confirmation and about two weeks for shipping. BUT that was before the rush that is now facing everyone. I ordered something that I confirmed was in stock before I launched the deal.
I just kept calling the phone and when it connected, EVO did what they said.
Just keep calling. I'm confident they will do right by you.
