I spoke with Lance last week and they still have a couple "as they put it" drop shippers.

I got a LANCE-MILAN from them. A lot of problems with the delivery. The driver mentioned "No lifter or residential area". Drop the crane and left. Minor scratched founded after. Sent pictures to euromopeds.com but I haven't heard a word from them. The closer dealer for me is about 1:30 hour away. I HIGHLY recommend to bring the unit to your local mechanic in order to tight and adjust EVERY screw in the scooter. I lost part of my handle while driving due to faulty adjustment. I just requested the new part. I'm waiting for their response. Very good communication with Heather (one of the owners of euromopeds.com) until the sale was over. After that the nice lady disappeared and it's impossible to get in touch with her by mail or phone. I hope these comments help you to make the right decision. The scooter is riding fine but the overall quality is FAR away from a Vespa.
