Here's a handy little device that costs about five bucks at WallyWorld. This sells in sporting goods since it's actually for replacing lower unit oil in outboard engines. This is basically just a hand pump and hose device that screw onto your typical gear oil or engine oil container. The threads on the yellow screw-in spout fit scooter threads just fine (surprise!) The trick is to leave the yellow spout very loose in the scooter oil fill port. After a few pumps, watch closely for oil seeping from the fill port. Over filling is way easy so check between pumps if you're getting close to full. Hope this helps!

What do you use for gear oil? Can you use synthetic or semi-synthetic?
