My Milano 50 arrived one week ago today with no hardware kit to assemble it with. With great difficulty after a full attempts, I spoke to Brad who told me the hardware would be sent 2 day FEDEX to arrive on Thursday. When the missing parts did not arrive, with great difficulty I reached him again and was told he would send them overnight. On Friday they did not arrive and I called the title clerks office for help. I spoke to Jessica the parts shipping clerk who told me they would be sent overnight to arrive on Saturday. It is now Monday and no parts so far. I have had a week of stress, A scooter that is worthless to me, am out $858., and with damage in shipment which I have not yet been able to make claim on yet. I am going to call my credit card Co. today if I do not recieve the parts and am not able to make damage claim which has to be done by Right Way ATV. My advice to all is to not go through an experience like mine by not taking a gamble with a online scooter purchase, at least if things remain the way they are now. Also refuse a scooter on delivery that has holes or damage to the shipping carton. It takes complete removal, unpacking and inspection which takes at least 30 minutes, which is far longer than a truck driver will wait. In addition there is evidence the scooter has been previously assembled after the factory in China shipped it. The battery was already installed fully charged and there were scratches that appear not to have occured in shippment. A fender has a 3 inch crack which appears to have been caused by a forklift. There were 2 holes in the carton.
