Hi everybody! ;D Ordered three Lance GSR-150s (2 black 1 silver) and am anxiously awaiting their arrival. The scoots could arrive as soon as this Friday! The care and feeding of these fine steeds will be my responsibility. I am looking forward to the education that will be gained here at ScootDawg! Reliability is the main goal as the GSRs will be primarily used for commuting to work and school. SD has an amazing amount of information about PDI, maintenance and possible modifications. I find this place to be an invaluable resource which has the information and support needed to equip me for the task ahead. I look forward to our future scooter adventures. Happy scootering! rtl

Hello there RTL! Seems like you picked a good brand as I've heard from a bunch of happy Lance owners. You might check the fuel and vacuum lines and change out the oil and gearbox oil but other than that you should be good to go. Any problems and there are a ton of Lance owners around.
Welcome to the Dawg Pound!

Thanks for the welcome kaintuckdave! The Dawg Pound is a cool place. We are happy to hear that the Lance owners at ScootDawg are pleased with their scooter. We have never ridden or even seen one besides on the net. We are Planning on following the great PDI instructions that are located at scootdawg.proboards59.com/index.cgi?board=manuals&action=display&thread=8635 The fuel and vacuum hoses and oils will be changed then. With a PDI process like that we will be familiar with the parts of the scoots as well as prevent many issues that we would see in a little while otherwise. The GSR150's, ordered from motorXtremes.com on 6/12, were said to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks is next Thursday and the antici...................pation is building!! The Silver GSR will be my scooter for commuting to work..... "ridetolive" Enjoy the day scoot people! rtl
