Hey guys, I think I might not have got the greatest advice from my dealer and I'd like to change over to Bel-Ray 2-stroke oil from the Valvoline I'm using now. Thing is, my manual says don't mix oils and stick with the same brand. So should I run my oil tank down to where the light comes on and then put in the new brand, or drain the oil reservoir and then add the new oil?
note: I kind of asked this question in another thread but it got lost in the shuffle.
Thanks for any advice!

Dave, you may have done this already but you can wait until the oil light comes on or just drain your oil tank.
I used to be super cautious about not mixing oils but I've never yet experienced a problem with them. I wouldn't mix more than 2 kinds though.
