Today my husband called since I have been told so many different stories. Yesterday they said it takes10-25 business days once it is on the truck. The site I order from say FAST SHIPPING 5-10 business days is the average. He called to cancel oh they will cancel for 20% of the cost that is around 400.00. They have to cause that is what the website says. He argued with them and then told them if they want to go by the website then I should have had it in 5-10 business days then. All of a sudden they will get ahold of the warehouse which that is what I wanted to do yesterday when who every answered the phone got smart mouthed with me and would do. Now I am suppose to hear from them by the end of the day. I'll believe it when I see it. Next we will threaten them with the states attorney. It really stinks cause the the dealership we deal with here just took in a Silver Berman 400 2004 with only 3200 miles on it.

Just FYI tammy, we have little to no recourse, I've been "patient" since may 8th....When my order went in it went with 300 others....they have been inandated and stopped advertising scoots to help catch up with demand, a shipment of 250's came in monday and were ALL shipped out tues...I'm waiting now for my tracking info...but the scoot may show up before i get info...So try to stay cool...they are a lot more helpful to calm people, which I must say I sell cars and If someone goes left on me...they drop to the bottom of my to do list....I know it's frustrating and I am NOT defending them, I have looked at a lot of other sites and right now demand is thru the roof!!! Everyone is struggling to keep up... From what i was told all new gets their scoots from 5 different manufactures...all making the same scoots.....
The 10-25 day once it's on the truck is a miscomunication...it's 10-25 days once your order is placed...then once on truck the trucks have their on deadlines..I live in texas and the shipping companies deliver within 2-4 days....

Luckydawg,
When in God's name is your saga going to end? I went on to alite scooters.com aka allnewsports and saw a Ronoco 250 which stated had the Yamaha/Linhai motor. Was going to purchase but decided to get on this forum and see what others had to say. It is very tempting as the scoot is $2197 shipped, but don't want to get burned. Hope everything works out for both you and Tammy. Happy trails!!!

Just got off the phone with Candance she said I could cancel and only get charged 6% it is worth it to me to end this frustration. I am waiting on an email from them from the manager to confirm the cancel. Tomorrow I will go put a depoist on the Bergman 400 that I found. Has only 3200 miles on it and it's a 2004? I figure even if they sent it when they said they would on Monday it still may be forever before I get the MSO and able to ride not to mention all the trouble that everyone is having with them when they get here. I will spend double but I guess you get what you pay for.

Hang in there luckeydawg, I feel for ya. It sucks that with all of the internet sales nowadays, we the consumer can't be protected alittle better. I've heard of some making there purchases on e-bay, mainly because you do get some measure of protection from them and paypal if you have an account. I've done my share of e-baying and had one problem where paypal stepped in and refunded my money, but on something like this, I'm not sure what they would do in the event of problems. To your point, they probably are flooded with orders that can't be filled immediately, I just don't understand why they can't be upfront about it. Yes, they would lose some business, but all internet sales are going to be similar in that the scoots are coming from the manufacturer, and not from their stock, which obviously doesn't exist in the vast majority of these deals. When you do get your scoot, hopefully not off the deep end by then, please post on here what you like and dislike about it. Of the MC-54's out there, it seemed to be one of the nicer ones. Best of luck on your purchase!!!!!!

Here is a little advanced warning concerning Kentucky DMV laws. First of all, I waited for a month before receiving the paperwork for my 2008 Bali 250 MC-13 from AllNew Sports. When I went to the court house to have it liscensed, they said that the title must be signed, not stamped and that a Ky. form has to be signed by them and notorized. So, i called Allnew Sports and they said to return the title and the ky. form (I pay the cost both ways for overnight or express mail.) So be forewarned, all you Ky scooter riders that you have to have a signed title by them, not stamped and the ky. form signed and notorized before you can liscense the scooter.
