i dont know what after sales service would be like, or even what their actual during sales service is like but based off of a very brief experience with them i would not advise buying anything from these ebay sellers.
I wasnt that interested but sent them an email in regards to one of their inexpensive $500 scooters on ebay. the question was simple. the next day i got a response asking me to call their office so i could complete my order and pay for shipping.
i didnt work anything! i asked a simple quesiton.
the biggest concern i'd have with this, is that they clearly just sent out automated emails or put no thought in the process at all. What if i had been a customer with a problem? i dont think paying for another scooter and shipping would be the answer.
like i said, i dont know for sure what their service is like, but you get an initial reaction from people and make a judgment call, and as far as atvdiscounters go the initial experience was bad.

im glad to hear its going well for you. like i said i didnt have any true experience with them, just a very brief communication and was not really impressed, but even the best company will have slip ups every once in a while. anyway, i figure this forum is good for communicating any an all experiences, if everyone communicates what happens to them we can all make the most informed decisions possible.

I guess I can jump in here and say that I have had a very positive experience with them. Though I didn't buy mine from ebay, I think I got a decent price on it at $1898 and this is the second one I have bought in a little over a year from them.
Problems and resolutions on both scoots: 1) One headlight went out - they replaced it within a week 2) Left grip was cut by the metal framing - replaced within 4 days 3) Front cap scratched - replaced within 1 1/2 weeks, the paint matched 4) Radio stopped working - replaced within a week
On the scoot I just got from them, one of the remotes for the alarm/starter stopped working. I called the parts line and the guy there was very nice about. He said they couldn't match the remote, even with the number, but he would be happy to replace the whole system. I asked what was involved and he put me on hold. A few minutes later, he came back and explained that he "had one in his hand" and it was plug and play. The alarm and the horn would have to be sent back and he would ship it the same day. Well it turned out to be a weak battery, so I just replaced it myself.
The only complaint I have about this company is the CO. On my first purchase, I waited and waited for the CO and it never arrived. The salesman never told me (on either purchase) that I have to call Rachael in CA and read her the serial number before they send it. Apparently they do all the sale paperwork out of CA, but ship from three different warehouses in three different states, mine came from Dallas.
As far as the parts are concerned, the typical container purchase of these scoots come with a 20% parts shipment, and ATV discounters buys a whole lot of containers from China. I am impressed with the speed of the parts replacements and happy to know they have such a well stocked warehouse.
I have recommended them to four other people who have bought scoots from them, and all of us are happy with the sales and service. I especially like the fact that EVERY time I have called, I get a live person on the phone in every department. You may have to hold for three or four minutes, but you can always talk to someone.

After a month, I am still waiting for a replacement instrument cluster, though I was told today that it shipped already and should be here today.
I found an interesting policy on their 90-day warranty:
Are there really any other parts? Jeeze...
I have to say though, they have been good so far ignoring their policies and replacing parts.

Well, I have to say, as big as they are, 4 or 5 complaints total is not a problem at all, especially since all but one are resolved. Many good companies have BBB complaints.
They have done very well by me and my friends that have used them, so I will continue to buy from them.
Oh yeah, they did send the new instrument cluster, even if it had to be ordered and I had to wait a month, still okay compared to the horror stories I have read about other dealers.
