What oil do you prefer? I ran Yamalube for a while and have switched to Lucas oil semi. Really low smoke and good performance after warming up. Anyone have a favorite?

How does 2T oil compare to engine oil or CVT oil? If it has a number like 10W30 or 90W140 or something, what would it be?

I have been using Lucas Semi-Synthetic 2T oil for over a year now with good results. Its about 9-10$ a quart. Very little smoke after engine is warm.

I just wondered what was in other scoots... I have jetted the carb, changed roller weights, and installed a Leo Vince ZXR. Once I put this in I started seeing better performance in gas mileage and pickup. I will say that I also have gone about 400 miles out from a break in of a new cylinder and head. Didn't know if it was the change in oil or the engine getting better with age like a nice wine or bourbon. Oops, I meant piston and head... piston was charred.
