First of all I would like to introduce my self to the forum, it has been a long road, but I finally feel like I will be picking up a scooter again, with that said, I'm planning a used 49cc, out in Denver I understand the decal insurance laws, but this is where my question comes. Once I have this thing insured, I would like to take it over to the dmv and grab a decal, is this possible? or would I need to wait on the registration forms/decals via snail mail? Also would a title alone be enough to register it, or would I be needing a bill of sale? ok ok I know that was two questions, maybe one more any cheap suggestions for insurance, or would any old giecko, Allstate deal be the same story. It has been a while since I rode, and the last time I did not need decals and what not, although I did have full coverage to save me from theft. Well thanks again if anyone can help, and I hope to contribute some helpful info to the forum, and not too many more questions hah. I'm just eager to ride, and want to know how much time these new restrictions will keep me off the road.

Will need the MSO or title along with bil of sale . You pay insurance and property tax to get the sticker on your tag . I used to be insured with Foremost but wen tto Progressive since they offer more coverage for less money on both of my scooters

Where you from skutta? I was told you only need the bill of sale and insurance card. I just asked someone up there in Denver off of colfax with a ruckus. I was going to give him a jog clone because I dont have the title and his ruckus was blown up. Good to know before I drive up there with it this weekend.
