I've done over 20 big bore kits they all start with the e-start, high compression or not, you have to realize even with the biggest bbk which i have its still only 88c, which is small. Even a maxed out scoot should start with the e-start if installed correctly. These scoots aren't a monster sport bike, even though most of us would wish they were, they are still slow, mine goes over 50 gps, but once again its slow in compairson to a sport bike or similar. They are usually an easy cheap fix and cost efficient transportation, but high compression on a under 100cc bike, seems like a silly statement unless its installed by a person that doesn't know what they are doing.

Where are all the grounds? and if a ground wire were loose somewhere inside the front panel or where the lights are would that cause the issue?.

Hi. I had taken the start to a scooter mechanic. He tested it with 10 amps and it barely spun at all. And the big bore kit was probably not done correctly hah. Anyway got a new starter. Will install it tomorrow and lety you know what happens.

Had a similar problem with mine. Combination of my battery being pretty crappy to begin with and some bad grounding wires. Would always start right up when jumped from a car but struggled on it's own until I replaced and repaired both those.
