Hi Theres no set answer to this question as well, best bet is to get and experiment with a roller tuning kit www.scooterworks.com/prima-roller-weight-tuning-kit--3g-to-14g--16x13-products-1935.phpOnce you find the proper weight for your performance needs then go with a set of quality rollers or sliders as the tuning kit rollers are not for daily use and will wear down quickly, they are only for tuning purposes i recomend DR Pully Or NYC If you decide to get sliders over rollers go up one gram in weight as opposed to rollers So if a good weight with rollers is 7 grams use 8 gram sliders Take care and ride safely Yours Hank

Perhaps it would help pointing him into a direction, of which rollers are good to use. I hear some users prefer sliders.

On my scoot sliders work much better than roller weights and mixing 3 of one size and 3 of another weight works best.. I have done extensive test on this and ones I found to work the best are 5g and 6g in this order 5g/6g/5g/6g/5g/6g worked great ..just my findings remember SLIDERS are the way to go ..my opinon
