well I tore into the process of getting to the valves so I could adjust them and found out that it was either made on a monday or the guys that put it together were drunk I found a lot of the screws were put in without the spring nuts and some bolts were stripped when it was put together also during the tear down I found the vacuum line going to the fuel pump was pinched almost closed it was just a matter of turning the y adapter around so it would point straight at the fuel pump and not have to do a 90 degree turn to go to the fuel pump. I am also going to change out all the fuel lines and vacuum lines like I read in this forum many times you never know what surprises you will find until you start to work on one of these also found a lot of screws missing when I started getting fairings off and I spent a lot of time checking the screws when ever I did anything to it so look around while you are in there doing your valves cause I have found a lot of things that need changing or fixed a little PM can mean the difference of riding or sitting on the side of the road. Happy scootin and have a good xmas and new year.
