My rear axle bolt is stripped, I have another scooter for parts and took the belt cover off thinking I would see the other end of the axle bolt but didn't . How do I get to it so I can use it in my other scooter. I don't know how to take any of the belt assembly off at all and don't want to break anything. I need to go to work tomorrow and I'm stuck like chuck.

Take the gear box apart, after you remove the clutch. You'll need an impact wrench to get it off, work on the parts scoot to figure it out. There's like 8 bolts holding the cover on, and you can press out the axle from the right side.
Drain the gear oil first.

Here is a picture of the cover that you will find behind the clutch: www.partsforscooters.com/Vehicle-Type/250cc-172mm-4-Stroke-CVT-Transmission-PartsPart #7 is what you need to pull. Check the condition of the bearings along with their shaft seals in the gear case and replace any that are starting to spin rough or seep lube. Putting in a new gasket #3 would be considered best practice. If you give them the numbers stamped on the old bearings PartsForScooter should be able to match them up. They are local to me and extremely nice folks to deal with.
