I am rebuilding the cylinder on my 2001 Yamaha 50cc Zuma and I realized that the final drive is leaking. So I ordered a new gasket set, but I am wondering two things. 1. Is there somewhere besides that huge gasket that it could be leaking from and 2. What is the oil changing procedure for the final drive (oil type, amount, etc...)
Thanks

They use GL5 aka 80w90 just like the 4Ts in the gears . Not sure on amount but my dealer said Mobil1 was good for 3,000 miles in the gears

There's a filler plug on the primary gear side that is about 2/3 up from the bottom of the drive case, just rear of the axis of the primary gear. Fill it with gear oil (80, 80w90) until the level is at the filler hole. If you over fill it, let it run out until it stops. 2/3 full is full.
And yes, the gear oil can leak out of the gasket on the left side of the cvt, or on the driven gear side (that your rear wheel bolts to). If that were the case, your rear brake would get wet with gear oil, and you would have really bad rear brakes, and dirty grimy stuff on the rim/ right side of the rear wheel.

have you taken the cvt cover off to see the final drive gasket area? If not, you should

Remove the bolts that hold it on, and pull it off.

I took the cover off (largest cover on the bike) and I looked inside where the clutch is and there is no oil there. It appears (just got it running again) that it is leaking on the wheel side of the drive. How do I access/fix that?

pull the primary gear cover off (oil will spill out), pull the primary/secondary gear out, then you'll have access to the oil seal (replace it, may need a bearing too if the seal went bad)

Should not as mine is on the left side and the rear tire on the right side . BelRay Gear saver is another good product to use or any name brand synthetic GL5 aka 80w90 gear lube

That cover is not leaking. It seems to be leaking out on the tire side. To replace that other seal do you have to remove the secondary clutch? I have the tire off, Ill upload some pictures of what I am looking at.

I drained all the trans oil and refilled it. Ran the scooter on center stand and tried to locate a leak.. I could not.
I am assuming it is leaking for that blue seal/bearing, but the weird thing is that the brakes were completely dry, no oil on them what soever... but the rim and tire are soaked.
