Hello, my name Is Chris from Long Island, NY. I am new to scooters and own a 250cc BMS L-Roar (brand new) which I had for over a year now and still have yet to put it on the road. Here in NY you need a motorcycle license to ride a scooter which doesn't make sense to me since there are no gears to change. Just want to say this forum is great thanks! Attachments:

Chris it's not the gear changing, but the size and power of the machine that determines whether or not a license is required. P.S. my aunt is from Port jeff!
