Mine has a nude lady on it and she raises it arm to tell what speed I am traveling.. LOL... Really it is a normal chinese speedo- nothing fancy.. It has speed in miles per hour and a gas gauge, heat guage, and a tripometer in KM.. Funny setup..

My speedo has 3874 on it but the first 7 miles- the counter on front tire broke. I put 1450 miles approximently on scooter the first year owning it. So it has 5200 miles aprox on it.

My speedo has 847 on it...I bought it last March and have driven off and on all winter but it is 15 right now and a bit too chilly for a ride.

Speed in mph up to 80 , gas gauge and temp gauge . I wish I had a tach but I have a lcd clock woohoo along with a check engine light that if it lights up I can count the flashes and look up the code in manual . I also have a computer plug to hook up to a diagnostic computer and at 5,5502 miles and still runs like it did when new . I do not know why scooters do not have an oil pressure light like motorcycles do with only 750mls of oil any shortage can fry an engine . Hardly any have a battery meter or stator output . I like gauges as the more you have the more info you have on how its running and easier to troubleshoot . Cheap cars have dummy light and Mercedes have so many gauges looks like an airplane cockpit
I was at Pep Boys I think and they had funny dummy switches like one labeled machine gun , ejection seat and nitrous

(OT) I had a "lower convertible top" switch put in on my Mustang hardtop just for fun. It was in the factory location and I was going to use it for Nitrous or water injection. One guy at a shop actually asked me if my car was really a convertible. LOL!

Speedo shows 15000 miles. It was not working for several years. Fixed it last summer. Attachments:
