Nice clean looking scoot. Just curious - how is the muffler assembly being supported?

Okay Chris, I'll bite, so what exactly do you have there? I see the UNI air intake, high flow exhaust, assuming an up-jet, NCY High Grip clutch bell, high flow intake fan? What did you do 'under the hood', as in clutch (NCY high rev?), clutch springs, variator, etc. What exactly are the mods and the cost to the customer? Or better yet, what is the cost for the stock scooter vs the modded scooter and the difference in the power?
It looks sweet, but does the price vs benefit make the sale for the added dollars?
Nice job BTW... maybe a bone after I hear the stats.

The QJ motor that they use in Benelli Diamo Keeway is built a lot different and better then what you get from Znen or any of the other clones (My Opinion)
I didn't build it to sell it so the Price vs Benefit question is answered as yes well worth it I am having fun playing. Give me a Bone??? I see you holding your sword in your Avatar. Keep your bone in your pants.
My reason was to put it up here to see if anyone else has worked on this type GY6 and maybe we could share some tips. Head Shaving, Different Valves, Ect...
Yes to everything you thought I put in it(Clutch, springs, NCY Variator, 8 gr rollers) plus - NCY Racing Flywheel/Stator Which I had to machine and put a new trigger nub 180 degrees out because QJ motors Crank keyway is different then the usual. It is however half weight at just under 1 pound. so I rev up much quicker. I bought a NCY High lift cam Totally useless for a QJ Cam Bearing sizes are different So I swapped them out as well as the Cam Gear Only to find out the Center Dia. on the NCY is so small it caused Valve spring bind. Back to the Drawing Board so I took 40 thou off the flat sides of the stock cam thus making my own High lift and being it is a stock cam we have a bit more duration as well.
QJ CDI run on DC not AC and that really screws things because most no rev CDI units are AC off the Stator so I changed to a Adjustable advance CDI. Moves a total of 15 Degrees. I have done a few other things lately to it and I am playing around right now with the rear gearing to see if I can beat 80mph with it and still be quick out of the hole.
